Here is the Truth to reflect the character of the company, the owner and the employees of this company: We were in search of a marketing company that would create a properly made website, logo & had questions about marketing for our company, we searched many different companies for this, we wanted quality something that would work not just well but GREAT! we listen to all of the different website building companies, they all gave us quotes, but Big Rig Media was the only one to explain to us the complexity of a website goes beyond just pictures and links, Big Rig Media broke down every part of the website, that the back end, the coding they must do is just as important if not more than how a well website looks, they explained different scenarios about creating our company logo, every part of the logo had a meaning, they provided a special color pallet at the end for the logo with special color codes, so we could replicate the same colors in different marketing materials, which no other company mentioned or did, they not only did a very well made website for viewing and the coding of it, and was with us in our logo creation, but Explained and thought us so much about digital marketing such as how EXACTLY Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and the such work, that once everything was completed, our business has had the virtue of having excess work coming in, that we have to turn down some of it because of how busy we've gotten since going with Big Rig Media, we don't even pay for marketing it is all Organic meaning non paid marketing, this is all because of how well everything has been put together. The whole team which is a lot of them at Big Rig Media, each one with a specialty, you can tell when you talk to each one they where highly qualified for each specific task in the process of building everything together, I say this because its almost impossible for 1 person to deliver what they did. Its been almost 3 years since they created our site, logo & social media & we haven't stop receiving clients, again this is all organic! we don't pay for marketing, and we are growing more than we can handle, to the point our biggest problem is getting more skilled employees to handle the work.
