- Photoshoots to make sure the visuals for the luxury RV sites, cottages and Blue Water Bar & Grill were on-point.
- A custom-built website including an integrated online reservation system.
- A print and digital advertising campaign to targeted markets, including the correct people geographically.
The park is thriving and at 75% occupancy within 90 days of launching.
They started their journey on the right foot, with a stunning brand and great looking website, which had already taken online bookings when they first opened their doors. Now that they’re open we’ve laid out a seasonal marketing calendar along with an efficient media buying plan.
