Jason and Brandi Dunn had 30 acres in East Texas and a dream to be entrepreneurs. After considering several options for the land, they decided to build an RV Park. With the ability to start from scratch, the Dunns set out to create a park that offered everything an RV traveler could want, including extra-long, extra-wide back-in and pull-thru RV sites, gated entry with monitored security, and 5G WiFi.
