Client Success Manager

THE ROLE:
This is less a project management role, it’s a relationship- and results-forward role. You’re the point for assigned client accounts. You’ll serve as the key driver once a client is onboarded, ensuring they’re not just satisfied but realizing the impact of their investment.
You’ll manage client communications, guide them through strategies and results, and help uncover new levers in modern media, SEO, funnels, CRM, or insights that can further grow their business. You must be both proactive and consultative, helping clients understand what’s working, what’s next, and what to fix.
WE WANT SOMEONE WHO CAN:
- Own and grow client relationships with regular calls, quarterly plans, monthly reviews

Book Keeper Accounting
We are seeking a self-motivated, high attention to detail firm administrator to help with web development project tracking, daily time recording of employees, HR duties, accounting: invoicing, collections, accounts payable & receivables. You will work closely with CEO, Project Managers and CPA Firm.
